Donald Baer
Donald is our Director of Administration & Chaplaincy Services. He is responsible for the daily operations of the mission including staff, programs, homeless shelters and counseling. Donald has a degree in Christian Missions and a Minor in Business from BJU. He received his Master of Divinity also from BJU in 2001.

Joyce Sloan
Joyce has been the Director of Women’s Ministries for
more than five years. She is a retired nurse with a M.A.
in Biblical Counseling. Since joining the staff, Joyce has
had oversight of the women’s Night Shelter and has
begun separate evening chapel services for the women.
In 2005, she was instrumental in opening the Women’s
Christian Life Program (WCLP) patterned after the
men’s program. Ten women have graduated from this
program. Three graduates of the WCLP teach in our
evening chapel, two of these also work part-time as Night
Supervisors, and one is working in a newly-established position as Dorm Supervisor.

Dale Grisso
Dale is the Director of Men’s Discipleship Ministries. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, studying Chemistry and Bible, respectively. Dale teaches addiction recovery classes and oversees the men on the Christian Life Program.

Dianne Wallace
Dianne is our office manager. She brings exceptional skills, godly character, and integrity to her area of ministry. In the past she has managed offices in Christian schools and in the secular market place.

Tim Butler
Tim is the Director of Development. He spent 25 years representing Motorola. He attended college in Pensacola, FL and had extensive sales training through Motorola University.

Kaye Jones
Kaye is the Assistant Director of Women’s Ministries. She counsels and does Bible studies with the women in the Christian Life Program, does office work for the program and assists the Women’s Program Director with the oversight of the women’s night shelter staff. Kaye has a ThG. Degree from Tennessee Temple University and graduated from the Spanish Language Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica. Having served with her husband as missionaries for almost 22 years in Costa Rica, she brings much experience to the CRM.
