1. The Ministry of the Word of God:
• We will practice obedience to the Scriptures at all cost
• All CLP teachers and chapel speakers evaluated for doctrinal stand
• All CLP teachers and chapel speakers evaluated and used based on preparation & skill
• All curriculum evaluated on its Biblical content and application
• Controlling the atmosphere of the mission for the ministry of the Word
• Using the KJV as our primary rule of faith and practice and other versions as reference for clarification among staff and volunteers
• Core CLP curriculum to include doctrinal teaching and practical application in spiritual growth and life skills
• Never moving from our position on the Word of God or compromising on Biblical mission or position

6. Partnership & Unity:

7. The Local Church:
• Providing to the community and our clients seeking a church family a network of recommended churches in harmony with CRM
• Identification with a Board-of-Director-approved local New Testament Church that will ensure attendance and care while guests of CRM
• A working relationship with area churches in providing services to needy individuals

8. Stewardship of Resources:

9. Faith:
• God will provide people resources, financial resources, and facility resources as we are faithful.
• God will lead the staff and board in new directions.
• We will base all decisions on the Biblical foundation expressed in our philosophy of ministry.
• We will not seek to manipulate people or organizations, but will serve others and trust God for His working in lives and the opening of doors of ministry.

10. Christian Liberty:
• Clear and high expectations of staff in personal standards (in and out of the mission)
• Atmosphere that, as much as possible, will not lead a "weaker brother" into a spiritual fall (music, television, computers, conversation topics, etc.)
• When in doubt, to take the high road
• Raise our awareness of others and how our choices affect them, and thus to limit ourselves for the spiritual well-being of others

11. Compassion:
• Genuinely interested in the needs of others
