Before coming to the CRM, Betsy had volunteered at the mission for almost 15 years by helping with special events and then by teaching chapel for 12 years. For many years she desired to work beside her husband, Donald, in ministry, and the Lord fulfilled that desire in September 2022 when she became the Director of Women’s Ministries. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Bob Jones University, a Masters of Science in Nursing from Clemson University, and is currently certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her interests include reading, running, and swimming, and in August 2022 she completed her bucket-list 70.3 triathlon at Fall Creek Falls. Above all else, she desires to be known as a woman who loves the Lord with all her heart.
